\n\nParticipation in creation and execution of the overall DHL Express Kazakhstan Operations (short and long term) strategy, in line with global FOCUS DHL Express strategy and addressing market and operations challenges in Kazakhstan.\nAssuring the best in the market profitability, service quality, level of productivity and cost performance.\nAchieving and exceeding budget goals through the cost-effective operation of the Company’s network encompassing air and ground line haul, gateways, and distribution facilities of the country.\nLeading, developing, managing, and controlling country Operations function basing on our guiding principle of Respect & Results.\n\n

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

\n\nResponsibility for definition and execution of short- and long-term strategy for Operations function in accordance with the divisional direction\nEffective management of profitability, productivity, cost effectiveness and service quality within the budget\nManaging country operating budgets within principles set by division / region and proposals for investments in infrastructure, technology, equipment, systems, or other resources on the country level\nManaging the team of Managers in Operations function\nEstablishing direction, operating standards and procedures to provide superior quality of service and customer service\nStandardizing operational practices and optimizing work method in order to maximize productivity improvement\nSupervising goals achievement in the subordinate area in terms of service quality\nAnalyzing, controlling and approving country investments\nSupervision over support and implementation of operational processes for the clients of DHL Express’ customers\nResponsibility for Projects, Administration, OPS Support and Security Departments\nBuilding engagement and commitment among Operations employees\nAdapting KPIs and the organizational structure of the function to meet business needs\n\n

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

\n\nOver 10 years of experience in logistics / operations preferably in international courier industry (mandatory)\nFluency in English (mandatory)\nAbility to Establish good relationship with managers and employees on different levels of the Company\nFlexibility, openness to changes and ability to drive them\nStrong goal orientation\n\n
