Purpose of the role

 

responsible for the performance of the supply chain, Rx laboratories and distribution of our products in terms of quality according to group standards, level of service expected by customers, costs according to validated budget and in compliance with local regulations

 

Main responsibilities

 

Protect health and safety of staff, insure security of assets and equipments
Apply and respect all Group policies and local regulations within all dimensions (HR, CSR, EHS, Finance, Quality, …)
Manage the supply chain & Logistics in accordance with the processes in force within the group Manage new product and offers implementation as well as product offer rationalization Provide solutions to cope to the different segments of the local markets targeted by the business leaders Build budget, monitor it and report performance via standard BSC Prioritize & drive projects or actions plan to ensure and improve the industrial and economic performance of the laboratories and distribution centers Contribute to the improvement of customer satisfaction by ensuring the consideration and treatment of dissatisfaction collected Study and drive, on a mid term prospective, a distribution & industrial roadmap in order to develop & optimize Operational footprint & to provide the adapted service expected by customers Manage, motivate and grow the teams

 

Technical skills

 

Have acquired skills in the field of production, supply chain, quality, etc. during his career Knowledge of ophthalmology or medical device professions, markets, customers and segments. Laws and regulations, lean manufacturing, quality management, finance, supply chain and project management

 

Profile :

 

Degree in Engineering and/or Supply Chain 7-10 years of previous experience as plant manager, supply chain manager in multisite industry - international experience will be much appreciated Proficient English, Arabic, French
