About the role

Help us transform the English proficiency test industry and work with a global workforce to make the Duolingo English Test a success!

We are hiring an Operations Manager to join our Duolingo English Test Proctoring Team and to work out of our Pittsburgh office. This is the ideal role for someone with general or people operations experience who is excited to work and grow in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

 

  You will...

Manage people operations for a large contractor team Monitor operational processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions Support team in executing daily tasks and addressing operational issues Be on call on a rotating basis for 2-3 weeks each quarter (no overnight shifts)

 

  You have...

4+ years of people operations experience Experience communicating between different groups of stakeholders Strong spreadsheet and analytical skills A passion for making education accessible to all

 

  Exceptional candidates will have...

Proven record working with large international contractor teams Assessment operations background
