Operations Manager / Responsable Paie et Administration du Personnel

KONE France BeLux is looking for a Operations Manager  / Responsable Paie et Administration du Personnel . Reporting to the HR Director, you will supervise the payroll operations and lead the teams, helping them to develop their skills. You will be a driving force in your area of responsibility, implementing improvements to existing processes.

The position is based in Brussels, with regular travel in France.

Responsibilities

Lead, manage, evaluate and develop the team to ensure that the organization's payroll and administration strategy is implemented effectively, consistently and in line with established global and local processes and budgets.You ensure the continuous optimization of payroll and administration processes and tools to achieve the most efficient way of working.You continuously question the current situation of our payroll processes and define clear actions to achieve the optimal solution, taking into account the interests of all stakeholders involved.You help to create a culture of continuous improvement and initiate clearly defined actions to put these ideas into practice.Maintain a good working relationship with our shared services center in Bratislava, which helps us with day-to-day administration.Participate in a number of compensation and benefits projects.

Who are you?

You have proven experience in the various functionalities of Belgian payroll for blue-collar and white-collar workers. You have experience in optimizing and digitizing payroll processes.You are strong in building internal networks and can rely on your communication skills to do so.You are fluent in French, Dutch and English.Knowledge of Evolution/DOTS (Attentia) and experience with Luxembourg and French payroll is a plus.
