What you do:
You will lead a team within an assigned department of the Enterprise Operations business unit. Execute important practices, processes and methodologies to implement change within the Operations division. You will report to the Operations Senior Director.
Executes and guides programs and projects to implement division priorities and important projects. Coordinate and align resources across the division to support the project agenda. Achieve project performance targets (time, quality, budget) while monitoring controls and mitigating risk. Promotes a customer-centric environment within the team and builds successful relationships with internal customers. Demonstrate responsiveness by gathering input and feedback from internal customers. Implement continuous process improvements to deliver and maintain a high-quality end-to-end change implementation experience and improve quality of project results. Maintain a solid controls framework through assessing risk and validating results. Support business capability and system owners through a deep understanding of process, system, and control capabilities. Identify, report, and escalate risks and implements mitigation strategies. Helps define innovative strategies and projects to enhance controls framework within own domain. Coordinates divisional resources to support large-scale change programs in consideration of the evolving service strategy. Assess the impact and readiness of teams and partners with capability owners and business leaders to influence change within functional departments. Coaches and develops team members to support the change implementation strategy. Partner with employees to create development plans and conduct regular career coaching conversations. Solicits employee feedback and builds/executes employee engagement action plans. Leverage workforce planning models to assess staff needs and deliver results. Establishes strong and successful working relationship with peers, Operations leaders, main business partners, and vendors to deliver high-quality end-to-end project and change implementation projects.
What you bring:
2+ years of experience required: financial, insurance and operations; proven successful strategic leadership, business acumen, relationship and customer service skills Two year degree required: business or related field, or equivalent work experience
