Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking an Operations Manager (Split Shift). This is a new role set to take place at our Lincoln, IL plant to provide more value to our off-shift production and team members. The main hours for this role will be 5/6pm-2/3am with the ability to flex when needed to support 2nd and 3rd shift needs.
In this role, you will direct manufacturing departments and activities assigned in accordance with approved division and corporate policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for ensuring the overall manufacturing team is achieving safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $91500.03 - $134200.04 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

What you’ll do:Operational Management and Safety
Directs manufacturing, maintenance, and logistics activities to achieve safety, quality, cost, and delivery goals.Establishes and maintains efficient and safe operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and OSHA requirements.Coordinates manufacturing and maintenance schedules to meet customer requirements.
Leadership and Development
Develops and communicates objectives and goals, and implements procedures to achieve them.Assists in the selection, training, and development of department leaders, and participates in performance evaluations.Participates in labor negotiations, grievance settlements, and drives positive labor and employee relations.
Continuous Improvement and Compliance
Initiates and supports cost and expense improvement programs, and advocates for continuous improvement.Ensures compliance with corporate policies and standards, and manages required documentation and system transactions.Analyzes workflow processes and leverages data and I4.0 resources for optimization.Qualifications:Required (Basic) Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution. Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience, which would include experience as a leader of people.Must be legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship now or in the future.No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Lincoln, IL will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
