Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Transportation Management Center (TMC) Operations Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to lead a team of Shift Supervisors, Training Supervisors and Operators.

What You'll Be Doing:

Be a permanent staff employee and shall serve as the primary point of contact for client and internal management Serve as a Shift Supervisor when needed.Ensure all reports are accurate and are provided when requested. Manage and evaluate shift supervisors. Team scheduling. Compile weekly, monthly, and annual performance reportsDevelop and foster long-term relationships with TIM partner agencies. Audit and evaluate shift supervisors and TMC operators as required. Make enhancement recommendations to meet goals

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

Associate's Degree or other related certification in a technical field (or equivalent) and 10+ years of related experienceAt least 3+ years of recent experience in Operations Management or similar servicesTxDOT TMC Supervisor or Operations Manager experienceExperience making SLA,s, KPIs, and other metrics in a TMC or similar environmentThe ability to address conduct and performance issuesExperience in recruiting, mentoring, and evaluating operations and personnelAbility to work in a fast paced environment

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

Experience in Traffic Incident ManagementCollege degree in criminal justice, business administration, or related field
