About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Workspace ONE MDM, Android Enterprise, and app deployment. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the deployment, management, and optimization of Workspace ONE MDM solutions.
2. Lead and manage Android Enterprise projects, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
3. Coordinate app deployment processes, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
4. Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and performance.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
6. Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying areas for improvement.
7. Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
8. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Job Expectations:
1. Act as the primary focal point on incident management and configuration of Android Enterprise devices, working with the IT Ops Lead for Mobile & Mac and the Managed Service Provider.
2. Provide L3 support on Android Enterprise-specific incidents and problems, collaborating with the managed service provider.
3. Participate in the Android Enterprise project team, representing and handling tasks from an Ops perspective.
4. Collaborate with the business-specific front-line worker support desk to discuss trends and support status.
5. Ensure onboarded hardware and in-use devices remain compliant with standards for OS versioning and patching.
6. Ensure corporate Android hardware is appropriately captured and maintained in CMDB/Asset Management processes (within ServiceNow).

Required Experience and Training:
1. Incident and Problem Management experience in managing incidents, not just execution as part of a service desk.
2. Understanding of MDM, with a preference for Workspace ONE.
3. Experience in Android Device Management using a Mobile Device Management (MDM) system.
4. Asset Management (CMDB) experience, preferably in ServiceNow.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. 8+ years of experience in operations management, with a focus on Workspace ONE MDM and Android Enterprise.
3. Proven experience in app deployment and management.
4. Strong understanding of mobile device management (MDM) principles and practices.
5. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills:
1. Certification in Workspace ONE or related technologies.
2. Experience with other MDM solutions.
3. Knowledge of security protocols and compliance standards.
