- Work closely with the sales-driven, founder-CEO to transform the company from an entrepreneurial company into a structured business set up for long-term success
- Lead and oversee daily operations across all locations, ensuring alignment with company goals
- Develop and execute strategic plans to improve the flow between operations, finance, sales & marketing
- Have procurement and logistics experience
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, training, and coaching employees to enhance their skills and performance
- Inspire and motivate teams to accomplish company goals and vision
- Understand and address the needs and motivations of employees to build a positive and productive work environment
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Logistics: You have experience in the movement, storage, and flow of goods. You're skilled in warehousing, order fulfillment, supply chain management, and planning & executing logistics strategies.
Purchasing and Procurement: You have experience creating a process & procedure to develop a well-oiled purchasing department.
Proven experience in creating vision, direction, and strategic planning
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to understand and address the needs and motivate employees
Develop and implement supply chain risk management strategies and processes to mitigate potential disruptions
