Description
Maintains Remarkable Customer Service and customer relations, as well as maintaining acceptable service levelsReacts to all customer concerns quickly and effectively while following SOPs to provide the best experience possibleClosely monitor stock levels and ad support to ensure maximizing sales potential.Act quickly and accurately if any problems arise, (customer, associate and or building situations/issues)Refrigeration checks completed per SOP and logged.Knowledge and awareness of "Crisis Manual" in case of power outage or weather related issue.Maintains proper staffing levels to handle the needs of the business.Ensures a clean and safe environment for associates and customers by enforcing proper safety, sanitation, and operations policiesMaintains a friendly, professional and well organized image in all departments including but not limited to the parking lot, vestibule, checkouts etc.Performs special store level tasks/projects as assigned by the store managerCoordinating of receiving warehouse deliveries per schedule.Travel Required:YesEnvironment
