Operations Officer III
Our Client, a Banking company, is looking for an Operations Officer III for their Toronto, ON location. Responsibilities: + Research and respond to any client inquiries when required. + Filing and opening mail and distribute accordingly. + Scan all mailing in the system. + Date entry to excel format reporting. + Demonstrates sound work ethic, positive attitude and willingness to learn change and succeed. + Cross train in various teams' tasks for coverage when required + Prioritize and manage workload to meet SLA requirements and productivity.
