Each rotation is one year in length and has a different area of focus as follows… + Year 1 - Technical Rotation + Year 2 - Supervisory Rotation + Year 3 - Operational Excellence Rotation **Requirements:** + Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management or General Engineering. + Fully bilingual English - Spanish + Engineering-related internship experience, preferably at Abbott + Strong academic performance and extracurricular achievement. + Exceptional interpersonal skills and proven track record of teamwork, adaptability, innovation, initiative, and integrity. + Qualified candidates must be interested in pursuing careers in Operations. + Ideal candidates will have no more than one year of work experience post-graduation to qualify for the entry-level program.
