**Operations Performance Specialist**
Seeking a motivated, analytical professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about translating data into actionable business strategies.
In this role, you'll conduct in-depth analysis of sales and service performance metrics, identify opportunities for process improvements, and provide strategic insights that directly influence operational decisions. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement initiatives that enhance both revenue generation and operational efficiency, while building your expertise in advanced data analytics and operations management.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Performance Analysis & Reporting**
+ Support analysis of metrics and data to identify trends and strategic opportunities
+ Own the creation and delivery of required performance reports to leadership
**Process Improvement & Optimization**
+ Support process initiatives and identify opportunities for operational efficiencies
+ Own special projects that drive organizational growth and efficiency
**Data Management & Systems Support**
+ Ensure data integrity and accuracy across CRM and CDP systems
+ Support implementation of new tools and technologies across the organization
+ Support system integrations and automation implementations
**Training & Business Consulting**
+ Train team members on system usage and best practices
+ Support initiatives that directly impact sales and service performance and retention
**Required Qualifications**
**Education & Experience**
+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Analytics, Economics, Finance, or related field - preferred
+ 0-2 years of relevant experience in dealership operations, business operations, analytics, or training/consulting
+ Strong performance with relevancy to statistics, business analysis, or operations
**Technical Skills**
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools
+ Experience with data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
+ Working knowledge of CRM systems
+ Understanding of dealership processes, methodologies, and performance metrics
+ Familiarity with business intelligence and reporting tools
