Job Title: Operations Program Management Senior Analyst Pay Grade: P3 Job Description: Primary Purpose of Role: An Operations Program Management Senior Analyst is responsible for development, refinement, and maintenance of all departmental documents, SharePoint sites, and systems as well as analytical assessment of active programs. Key Responsibilities: + Accurate execution of departmental reporting documents that include, but are not limited to: Operations Program Management Manpower Planning (Short/Long Term), Annual and Five-Year Budget Development, New Product Development Comparison to OPM Playbook Deliverables, OPM SharePoint site Optimization and Management, 10 Year Plan in Flight Program Document, Forecast and Coordinate OMT Program Reviews + Analytical supplemental support for Program Managers + Analysis of all Operations Functional Department Procedures in line with the Level 1 departmental deliverable. + Collaboration with the departmental Subject Matter Expert (SME) to write or revise the procedure in line with the definition and the intent of the Level 1 task. + Analyse procedure requirements for improved policy requirements. + IPM 5.0: Build a dynamic global system that offers a clear and insightful overview of Level 1 Program deliverables across the organization, ensuring transparency. + Complete ownership of IPM 5.0 throughout all aspects of development, use, and continuous improvement. + Complete ownership of the development, creation, and execution of the training courses required for the Operations Training Directory 2.0 + Communication of Opportunity Scenario (OS) changes, follow-up, analysis, and review of OS with the Operations team to drive closure and improve efficiency. + Implement IPM 3.1 Quality Lane within assigned product line + Assist in the development of manufacturing systems with the focus on continuous improvement related to quality and throughput capability of production equipment. + Study product and process requirements; analysing, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods and equipment. + Implements and actively supports the plant and Quality revamp policies and initiatives. Key Performance Measures: + On-time reporting of bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly documents + On-time departmental scorecard publication and analysis of programs + Quality policy and procedure adherence for assigned products + Product Line Team (PLT) Opportunity Scenario closure and efficiency + IPA completion of programs within scope and timing requirements Competencies and Behaviors: Required: + Analytical skills and detail-oriented with the ability to work and collaborate as part of a team. + Handles complex issues and problems and has the maturity and experience to elevate as required. + Capability to lead projects to successful completion with global significance. + Impeccable interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships, trust, and influence at all levels of the organization. Qualifications: Required: + Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or analytical field required, Preferred + Master’s degree in a technical, business, or analytical field preferred. Experience: Required: + 5-7 years of experience in the Automotive Industry (OEM or Tier 1 Supplier) is preferred. + Knowledge of manufacturing, including fabrication and assembly processes. + Working technical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and advise users if any problems are encountered. Preferred: + 7-10 years of experience in the Automotive Industry (OEM or Tier 1 Supplier) is preferred. + Knowledge and applied experience of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials. + Experience in manufacturing in a technical position supporting operations in fabrication and assembly.
