The Microsoft Business Operations Product & Launch group is a dynamic and fast evolving team with a mission to deliver Microsoft’s products and services to market with speed, quality, and compliance. The organization is responsible for working with internal stakeholders to ensure the successful launch of Microsoft products and services to Commercial and Consumer customers. Our focus is on scale through automation & continuous improvement, operational excellence, and timely delivery to customers and marketplaces worldwide. We are looking for passionate, high-energy individuals to help achieve our mission of executing a world-class launch service. 

As a Product Operations PM for Launch, you will be responsible for working with internal stakeholders (eg. Product, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, Tax, etc.) to understand, capture, and translate launch requirements into high quality configuration that ensures Microsoft’s broad catalog of products and services ship on time, to the right regions and channels, at the right prices. You will do this through process excellence, data analytics, quality assurance, and by leveraging automated solutions. This opportunity will allow you to develop deep business acumen across Consumer and Commercial business lines, execute across different launch process and systems landscapes, and play a critical operational role getting cutting edge Microsoft products and services to market.
