Operations Program Manager
Hiring Project Manager for large tech company! Must be based in Seattle, WA but able to work remotely.Job Description Responsible for the coordination and completion of projects and programs. This role involves overseeing all aspects of projects, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring and summarizing the progress. The position requires preparing reports for upper management regarding the status of projects and programs. A bachelor's degree and 4-7 years of experience in the field or in a related area are typically required. Familiarity with a variety of field concepts, practices, and procedures is necessary. This role relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, performing a variety of tasks and leading and directing the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Responsibilities Day to day duties: • Business rebrand, bigger to smaller brand architecture. • Working w/ supplier and internal teams to gather info (ex. Inventory, gather documents for claim validations) • Workflow w/ direct tasks need to be done. • Working off of expected tasks – project management heavy • Help scale the full time team who are focusing on other tasks • May be creating trackers • Making sure team mates are meeting deadlines, and moving through tasks within correct time frame. • Manage stakeholders Essential Skills bachelor's degree is preferred, HSD/GED minimum. Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in project management Software: MS office, experience with asana or other PM software experience. PLM tool experience would be a plus. Experience working with cross functional teams Stakeholder management Meeting notes gathering and sending out updates. Tracker creation would be a plus as well. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. + 4-7 years of experience in project/program management or related area. Work Environment The role is based in the Seattle area but offers the flexibility to work remotely. The work environment involves collaboration with suppliers and internal teams, focusing on project management support for planned product development work, including rebranding and broader product development projects. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $56.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
