About the team
As Stripe’s user base and global footprint grows dramatically, we have distinctly unique support problems resulting from both our type of scale and the type of businesses we partner with. The Stripe Delivery Center (SDC) strategy will provide operational leverage and expand Stripe’s portfolio of operational capabilities to support the scaled needs for external users and internal Stripe teams. Our support experience leverages deep understanding of our products, the financial industry and money movement, and our customers’ products and users, and requires us to invest significant resources into building this experience ourselves with talented teams of Stripes.
What you’ll do
We are looking for dynamic and entrepreneurial Program Managers who will define our strategy to scale our SDC team, help define and improve operational workflows, and maintain a best in class Technical Operations program. Responsibilities
Support the growth of the SDC Technical Operations Teams across Mexico and Bangalore with stakeholder management expertise to support the operational work and scale the Tech Ops teams Developing and maintaining operational and multi-disciplined work flows Engage with cross functional, global teams on structuring work and building out transition plans Manage highly complex program transfers working with multiple teams and experts across the Stripe businesses Partner with the wider stakeholders team to build a global program, such as training, policy and governance and SLA tracking Build scaling plans to manage the site level support needs and achieve steady state functionality Partner with Operations Managers and Cross functional teams to scope and execute process improvement initiatives Create and implement metrics that help understand the health of business and identify improvement opportunitiesWho you are

Minimum requirements
You have over 7 years of experience in consulting or similar roles within high-growth tech companies in the payments or fintech industry, managing strategic initiatives from conception to launch. Strong background in process and project management, including conducting workshops and implementing technical controls in fast-paced environments. Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, utilizing data and first-principles thinking to inform strategic recommendations. Comfortable navigating high-ambiguity situations and committed to executing complex projects effectively while collaborating with diverse teams. Proven track record of cross-team collaboration and building relationships with external partners, with a low ego approach. You are skilled in multitasking and managing multiple verticals and their stakeholders, with experience working across different time zones, particularly with teams in CDMX and BLR. Strong stakeholder engagement abilities, capable of high-level planning and maintaining ongoing communication to ensure alignment on project goals. Experience in developing intake processes for new projects, collaborating on headcount and basic budget planning, and ensuring smooth transitions to tech operations while measuring progress with well-defined metrics.
