**Operations Program Manager** **Requirements** + Proven experience in managing cross-departmental operational projects. + Strong project management skills with the ability to drive progress, manage risks, and develop mitigation strategies. + Expertise in New Product Introduction (NPI), including transitioning from design to mass production. + Familiarity with production process optimization and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). + Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional and cross-regional teams. + Proficiency in bilingual communication (e.g., Chinese and English) to bridge cultural and language gaps. + Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on aligning customer needs with business strategies. + Background in engineering, supply chain, or quality assurance is a plus.
