The Integrated Survivability Solutions (ISS) product line within the Countermeasure & Electromagnetic Attack Solutions (CEMA) business area has an exciting opportunity for an Operations Program Manager to join the team. The Product Line is well positioned for growth in the coming years and is looking for a dynamic individual to join us. This Operations Program Manager, (OPM), will oversee the coordinating of Operations activities on a sustainment program, with a focus on material availability. The OPM is the single point of contact for the Operations, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing teams and is responsible for the execution of the program. The OPM oversees and manages Operations projects and serves as liaison between the Program Office, Supply Chain, Subcontracts, Planning, Quality, and the factory. The OPM prepares project execution plans and identifies technical and factory resources needed to meet the businesses goals and objectives. The OPM reviews status of projects and budgets, manages schedules and prepares status reports for the Program Manager and/or directly for the Customer. Finally, the OPM identifies all issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity and quality requirements. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
