The Operations Program Manager for Post Ramp Qualification and AppleCare (PRQ & AC OPM) team plays a key role in launching Apple’s new products on time with superior quality and maximum customer availability. The PRQ & AC OPM plays a pivotal role in managing hardware changes post launch. A successful PRQ & AC OPM is a leader and facilitator; is dynamic, driven, organized and detail oriented; excels in program/ project management; communicates with ease at all levels; thrives in an ambiguous environment and is adept at facilitating actions and resolving conflicts.
