ResponsibilitiesPreferred Skills and Experience
Assist with process improvement initiatives, streamlining reporting workflows for efficiency.Review and prepare financial and task order reports to ensure accuracy in naming conventions, dates, and alignment with contractual terms.Provided ad hoc support for credit card approvals, travel requests, and documentation review to back up operational teams.Manage CDRL (Contract Data Requirements List) documentation for multiple task orders, ensuring timely submission and alignment with client requirements.Conduct thorough cost analysis on purchase orders and contracts to ensure maximum cost-effectiveness, safeguarding financial interests.Support directors and managers in finalizing reports for client delivery, ensuring consistency and accuracy in documentation.Verify cost estimates against project deliverables and contractual terms, ensuring precise and transparent billing before client submission.Prepare comprehensive documentation facilitating the setup of contracts and task orders, ensuring accurate and efficient system integration and project initiation.Analyze and review revenue reports, providing insights that help track and improve financial performance.Facilitate smooth contract closeouts in partnership with Program Managers and Contract Managers, ensuring orderly project transitions.Keep contract records current and accurate by maintaining active contract listing, supporting operational transparency.Support effective Subcontractor Management, contributing to the maintenance of efficient and productive relationships.
Qualifications
Bachelor's with 2-5 years (or commensurate experience)
Experience in process initiatives
Experience in operational expense and travel requests

Posted Pay Range
The posted pay range, if referenced, reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity. The total compensation package for this position may also include other compensation elements, to be discussed during the hiring process.
