Job Description

  

Job Summary:  

Provides leadership for the planning, scheduling, resourcing, tracking and maintaining schedule for infrared detector operations projects.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

Effectively plans and manages multiple operations projects, of any size or complexity, for detector operations, including engineering projects, equipment procurement, facilities and maintenance projectsActively manages project milestones, budget performance, deliverables and quality, and reports project status using department process, tools and metricsMaintains an active risk tracking and mitigation plan for all aspects of a project including schedule delays, technical issues, supplier problems. Proactively engages ops, engineering, facilities, maintenance teams and management to reduce and mitigate project risks and issuesInteracts with ops and engineering management to clearly define and control project requirements and changes to the established baselineCoordinates with internal organization and company leadership to achieve objectives and product manufacturing goals.

Job Qualifications:   

Project/program management experience, managing and leading highly skilled technical teamsBachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalentStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detailDrives deadlines in dynamic and fast moving environmentsTeam player with exceptional interpersonal skills at all organizational levelsSelf-directed, has initiative and is a great multi-taskerExperience with Lean Development desirable.Proven commitment to quality and continuous improvementProficient in the use of Microsoft Office products including; Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Salary Range:

$72,600.00-$96,800.000
