The Role

The Operations Readiness Engineer will develop and implement comprehensive operations readiness plans to ensure smooth transitions from project phases to operational status. Coordinate with project teams to integrate operational requirements, conduct risk assessments, and ensure regulatory compliance. Provide technical support, deliver training programs, and optimize performance through collaboration and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain detailed documentation and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

The successful candidates will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients’ operations are fully prepared for safe and efficient start-up and ongoing production. Our clients’ cover multiple industries including Hydrogen, Oil & Gas Upstream / Midstream, LNG, Petrochemicals & Refining, Power and Renewables.
