POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Operations Readiness, Intake & Assessments, the Operations Readiness Senior Advisor role is a critical contributor to the intake, impact assessment, and prioritization of critical projects across CX&OE. This role is responsible for the execution of and coordination of intake and impact assessment, managing program inventory, and partnering closely with the broader Operations Readiness team to help coordinate key changes, processes, and people readiness across CX&OE.
This role will be pivotal in evaluating incoming work/requests and will help ensure seamless integration through the prioritization process and transition to the readiness delivery team. This role will work closely with cross functional teams to assess business needs and prioritize efforts. Additionally, this role will drive continuous improvement and partner closely with Operations, Technology, Product, and other enablement partners.
Candidates who reside within 50 miles of the following locations will be asked to work onsite 3 days per week: Bloomfield, CT, Chattanooga, TN, Denver, CO, St Louis, MO, and Scottsdale, AZ.
Primary Responsibilities
Support the intake and impact assessment workflow, ensuring a structured and data-driven approach to evaluating incoming business processes. Own the intake, review and prioritization of all incoming CX&OE projects/initiatives Identify and mitigate risks associated with intake and prioritization processes Collaborate with Operations, Technology, Product and Enablement leaders to support prioritization efforts Partner closely with Ops Readiness leads to ensure effective communication and transition of workAssist with providing strategic insights on incoming projects to inform decision makingIdentify opportunities to improve processes through leveraging technology and tools to enhance efficiency.Key Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, post graduate degree or professional certifications preferred 6+ years of experience in Operations Enablement, Operations Readiness, or a similar field Demonstrated ability to execute on multiple projects and excel in a results-oriented and highly matrixed environment. Advanced knowledge of the healthcare industry required Strong executive presence with a track record of effectively engaging with a broad range of high-level stakeholders Demonstrated influence within complex, innovative and evolving cultures Leadership experience with proven ability to attract exceptional talent and develop effective teamsCompetencies

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
