Operations Representative

Cargomatic is seeking an Operations Representative to join our team. You will collaborate with teams across the

Cargomatic network to ensure all shipment operations are running smoothly. The ideal candidate will demonstrate

exceptional skills in time management, organization, attention to detail, communication, and customer service. The right candidate will be comfortable in an "all hands on deck" team environment, is a creative and analytical problem solver, and can thrive in a fast-paced, growth culture. 

 

Job Duties

Engage with our customers daily as the main point of contact for our company, providing timely responses and owning all communication through email, phone, and reportingPerform day-to-day operations for customers along with other duties as assignedCollaborate cross functionally with internal stakeholders (Sales, Account Management, Capacity) to enhance customer experience and ensure metrics are met to customer expectationOwn the improvements and upkeep of weekly account data metrics and other key SLAs set forth by the Customer Success/Operations ManagerIdentify opportunities for new processes and initiatives to support the growth and engagement of our customersBuild processes and SOPs to transfer daily tasks to our offshore support staff 

What You’ll Need

Recent college graduate (1-3 years post graduate experience)Great communication skills and ability to think on your feetDemonstrable skills in customer support and satisfactionAbility to learn and adapt quickly to new concepts and technologyIntermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft ExcelStrong written and oral communication skillsExceptional problem solving and analytical skillsComfort with ambiguity and rapidly shifting prioritiesAbility to work with a sense of urgency and prioritize daily tasks

The expected salary range for this role is $18/hour to $30/hour The actual base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and other factors permitted by law. Decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
