Job Description:
We’re looking for an Operations Risk Analyst (L6) to join our GRC team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to set up and develop a data analytics process for control monitoring and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinating and organizing various risk management development and data collection and analytics efforts.
Effectively plan and lead risk-based process mapping sessions with the lines of businesses to create process workflows, identify risk and controls, understand key controls, and identify measurements to validate controls effectiveness.
Develops procedures for identifying, analyzing, summarizing, and reporting operational errors and loss events in accordance with established control breach definitions. Plan to completion and lead the development through implementation and hand-off of tests and associated tools to those who will execute, as assigned.
Develop data analytics capability to identify operational and process gaps.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree holder
Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Pivot, Power Automate, and Power App) of at least 2 to 3 years, preferably in the insurance industry
Exposure to risk management is a plus
Exposure to data analytics is preferred
Amenability and readiness to work onsite and from home anytime (dependent on business need AND/OR current external environment/situation)
