Operations Site Administrator

The Operations Site Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring a seamless and efficient employee experience at our Spartanburg facility. This position supports the Site Leader by enabling employees to effectively navigate self-service systems, providing basic troubleshooting assistance, developing standard operating procedures and fostering a positive and engaging workplace culture. As the face of the site, this role will also coordinate onsite events, support employee engagement initiatives, and serve as the primary point of contact for administrative and operational support needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Support & System Enablement

Guide employees in utilizing self-service HR, IT, and operational systems, ensuring smooth access to payroll, benefits, and scheduling tools. Provide basic troubleshooting assistance for system access issues and escalate more complex concerns to the appropriate teams. Develop and maintain quick-reference guides, FAQs, and training materials to help employees navigate internal systems independently.

Operational & Administrative Support

Assist the Site Leader in streamlining workflows and administrative processes to improve operational efficiency. Help create and implement standard operating procedures for site processes to drive consistency and efficiency. Maintain site records, employee notices, and operational documentation to ensure compliance and accessibility.

Employee Experience & Site Engagement

Act as the primary site representative to create a welcoming and supportive environment for employees. Coordinate and facilitate onsite employee events, meetings, and engagement activities to strengthen workplace culture. Partner with HR, Facilities, and other teams to address employee concerns, site logistics, and workspace improvements. Serve as a liaison between employees and leadership, ensuring effective communication of updates, initiatives, and resources. Actively participate in daily Visual Daily Management (VDM) meetings and engage with employees on the floor to build strong relationships across all levels of the labor force, ensuring visibility and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Site Presence & Support

Be visible and available onsite to assist employees with operational questions and support needs. Ensure common areas, break rooms, and employee workspaces are well-maintained and stocked with necessary supplies. Provide support for new employee onboarding, including site orientation and resource access assistance.

Qualifications & Experience:

2+ years of administrative, operations, or HR support experience in a corporate or manufacturing environment. HS Diploma or GED equivalent is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS platforms, and internal ticketing systems. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot system and administrative issues independently. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-service mindset. Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and being a go-to resource for employees. Prior experience in event planning, employee engagement, or office coordination is a plus.

This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.

Pay Range
The pay range for this position (in local currency) is 19.80 - 36.73 hourly
