About the Role

Perform business operations to support Life and Corporate Solutions business, including Employee Benefits and Pension, policy contract issuance, and document digitization processes, ensuring full compliance with internal & external standards.

Responsibilities:

Life BusinessMonitor the Quality Control process and coordinate with vendors to resolve unidentified digitalized documentation.Review and reindex digital documents, monitor the imaging system, and manage related processes to uphold quality standards in the digitalization process.Manage the generation, production and distribution of policy contracts, as well as delivery notifications to clients and agents, ensuing compliance with established service levels and quality criteria.Monitor document digitalization services to ensure compliance with agreed Service Level.Oversee the daily output of the clerical team, addressing any issues to maintain accuracy in deliverables.Perform quality assurance reviews to ensure data accuracy.

Corporate Solutions BusinessAddress inquiries related to support functions and derived appropriate solutions to enhance productivity.Manage correspondence with client sand brokers effectively.Ensure timely reconciliation of payments and consumption records.Oversee stock management for printing materials required for binding, enveloping and card embossing services.Evaluate vendor performance in outsourcing services, ensuring alignment with Company standard and service levels.Perform quality assurance tasks to ensure accuracy.Perform data analysis on daily reports.

Process Optimization and Support Services ManagementIdentify and streamline operations to eliminate unnecessary complexity, fostering improved workflows.Assist teams in implementing new processes effectively.

Other ResponsibilitiesReview and revise standard operating procedures, providing practical recommendations for enhancing operational efficiency and customer experience.Ensure timely and accurate verification and settlement of payments.Conduct company deletion exercises in and organized and timely manner.Consolidate and analyze data from diverse sources to generate comprehensive management reports.Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor to comply with company standards, guidelines, and requirements.

Requirements:

University graduate with minimum 3 years of management experience in banking or retirement fund administrationGood command of both English and ChineseGood problem solving and analytical skillsGood PC skills in MS office
