Operations Specialist
General Description: Under guidance, provide day-to-day administrative and technical support for operation processes. 
Responsibilities: • Review documents for accuracy.• Review and analyze technical documents to assure accuracy and completeness.• Maintain agency management systems.• Saving and uploading information for internal team retrieval.• Contact with carriers, brokers, or internal team members to respond to outstanding issues.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:• 1 year + of customer service experience. • High School diploma or GED equivalent required.• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.• Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
