SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking an Operations Specialist to provide support for a services contract in Doha, Qatar.
**Essential Job Duties**
+ Assist the Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager in managing day to day operations on the program.
+ Track critical resources and functions and recommend priorities.
+ Coordinate activities across the program management office staff in support of the mission.
+ Communicate significant activities, issues, and new requirements to management and functional supervisors.
+ Track operational and performance trends.
+ Prepare reports and contract deliverables.
**Minimum Requirements**
+ Bachelor’s degree. Associate’s degree diploma and 10 years of experience may be substituted.
+ 8 years of experience providing program operations support with 2 years of experience supporting a U.S. Government customer overseas.
+ 2 years of supervisory experience.
+ Proficient written and verbal communicator.
+ Familiarity with the Maximo asset management system.
+ Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications.
**Work Environment**
+ Living and working conditions at the assignment location could be remote and uncomfortable.
+ Long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions.
+ Personnel should be aware of moving on short notice and under adverse conditions.
