Join us as an Administrative Specialist in our Moorpark, CA facility.
You will take on various roles to help ensure effective day-to-day operations of the Moorpark site. Along with daily administrative tasks, will perform more advanced duties related to site reporting and databases, process improvements and assisting with the success of new operational initiatives.
What’s in it for you?
The anticipated hourly pay range for this role is: $20.72 - $38.50. At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range. Pentair considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location. Actual compensation will be determined by considering demonstrable level of experience, skills, knowledge, and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business or organizational needs.

More details about the opportunity:
Composes, edits, and maintains document control of site operational policy changes
Develops and maintains file structures for the leadership team to create efficiency.
Reviews and data mines financial, operational and Safety KPI’s for the site and present to leadership. Will dissect trend data and flag leadership of opportunities and threats.
Provides high-level administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf.
Provides Spanish language translation of site documents.
Performs minor accounting duties by processing site invoices through accounts payable and acts as the contact for vendor and supplier relationships.
Adheres to all safety protocols and proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) where designated, at all times.
Organizes meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary.
Assists with the planning and execution of site events.
Welcomes visitors and identifies the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate department.
Assists in the training of staff on new initiatives and policies.
Position hours/shifts: 1st shift

QUALIFICATIONS
A solid contributor who can relay information or changes effectively to all levels of the organization.
Intermediate to expert level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Notes, etc.).
Excellent time management skills and ability for prioritize work.
Working knowledge of office equipment.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent with 3-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must be bilingual in Spanish.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Ability to sit for long periods of time. There is no heavy lifting assigned to this position.WORK ENVIRONMENT
