Summary
The Operations Specialist will be involved in CRM Scheduling, Specialty Purchasing and Procurement, Sales Support, Operations Support, and Continuous Improvement
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinate with outside suppliers to manage a weekly incoming delivery schedule for whole goods to campusCommunicate with Material Handlers scheduling of all incoming deliveriesPerform weekly cycle counts on all whole goods on campusLead and perform with conjunction of home office a quarterly physical whole good inventory of all whole goods on entire LYN campusLead and perform end of year company wide whole good inventory and be on site to meet and confirm with auditorsWork with outside auditors on unannounced audits of whole goods from 3rd partiesBe the lead on knowledge, upkeep and maintenance on KeyTrak system used in all shopsWork with Production floor and leads to document in Leankit missing items on builds in processCreate, print, and apply QR labels to chassis linking to corresponding LeanKit card.Work with Production Managers on creating Production folders for all buildsWork with different CTOS Product Managers and product teams to be liaison on those product builds be completed in LYNWork with Continuous Improvement team to continue to better process.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Manufacturing/Industrial work experience Excellent organization and the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.Excellent time management, decision making, presentation, and problem-solving skills.Preferred Skills and Qualifications
Three years in a manufacturing/industrial roleFamiliar with purchasing and procurementLean Six Sigma Certified
Working Conditions
The ability to work with punctual attendance, Monday-Friday (Monday-Thursday 7AM-4:30PM; Friday 7AM-11AM) plus any additional hours/days necessary in order to meet business demands Requires constant communication and collaborator with existing teams

The ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.Written Comprehension and expression — The ability to read and understand information and ideas presented in writing.
