To join our team as an Operations Specialist. Operations support staff ensure smooth delivery of projects and programs, both internally and externally; while adhering to program, practice and operations guidelines. Operations support staff roles often encompass multiple areas including; data management, metrics and reporting, team facilitation and coordination, and process definition and improvement. These roles tend to be more internal-facing than client-facing, although people in operations roles will often have direct client, customer or trade ally communication and contact. ​

For this opportunity, you’re a great fit if you can… ​​

Manage program data and conduct analysis.

Assists Program Manager with Program budget, goals and forecasting.

Client and internal reporting and communications with exceptional attention paid to accuracy and professionalism.

Train, review work quality, oversee timelines, address system functionality, and drive process improvements in cooperation with co-workers.

Enter, track and report on customer and purchasing data using a variety of tools.

Communicate with customers regarding Program eligibility via email and phone.

Participate in team and/or client meetings to provide updates and address action items, identify and escalate issues or areas of concern.

Other duties as Program needs may change or require.​

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have…​

3-6 years’ experience

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Proficient in Excel - able to perform intermediate to advanced level functions.

Compensation Range

$44,200.00 - $66,300.00
