Description We are offering an opportunity for a skilled Operations Specialist in the financial services industry, located in Boise, Idaho, 83709, United States. As an Operations Specialist, you will be tasked with documenting workflows, troubleshooting processes, fostering effective communication, enhancing productivity, and providing training and support. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Engage in meticulous observation and recording of tasks carried out by workers, creating detailed and comprehensive documentation of various processes. • Troubleshoot issues that arise during various operational processes and devise effective strategies for remediation. • Cultivate trust and establish effective communication channels with machine operators and workers to gain a better understanding of their roles and challenges. • Detect and identify inefficiencies in workflows and propose improvements or changes to boost productivity. • Provide assistance in the creation of training materials and guide workers on updated processes or systems. • Ensure accurate processing of customer credit applications and maintain precise customer credit records. • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action based on the account status. • Utilize CRM, Epic Software, and ERP for various data processing tasks. • Conduct auditing activities to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
