We handle a high volume of transactions for a diverse client base, including Mutual Funds, Alternative Investments, and Money Market positions. **Key Responsibilities:** + Manage relationships and sub-accounting services for a large portfolio of securities. + Perform Transfer Agency and Sub-Accounting services, generating significant revenue. + Resolve cash and position discrepancies in multiple ledger accounts. + Mitigate risk by ensuring the accuracy of cash settlement, custody oversight, and dividend distributions. + Provide supplemental data reporting services to improve operational efficiency. + Monitor and analyze daily outages and discrepancies. + Maintain adherence to department standards and communicate updates effectively. + Assist with process improvements, system testing, and internal/third-party audits. + Lead projects and special assignments as needed. + Serve as a subject matter expert in break analysis and resolution. + Collaborate with internal/external partners to resolve inquiries. + Provide training and guidance to junior team members. **Pay Details:** $23.44 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
