The operations specialist is responsible for owning warehouse key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics that measure progress, building output, and productivity. This person is also solely responsible for tracking, root cause analysis, and reporting of process quality incidents. They are also expected to produce reporting and actionable insights through data analysis. They will spend considerable time implementing and supporting business critical projects.
