Pay Rate: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (on site)

PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a large, well-known US-based utility company to hire an Operations Specialist. This 12-month contract position offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a high-impact team within a reputable organization. If you're a highly organized individual with excellent customer service skills, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Create and manage work orders to facilitate smooth operations.

Perform investigative tasks to resolve any operational issues.

Regularly update and maintain Excel spreadsheets with relevant data.

Provide customer support via phone, email, and in-person interactions, ensuring a positive experience.

What We’re Looking For:

Required Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.

Required Certifications/Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Valid Driver’s License.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in an operations or customer service role is a plus.

Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
