Job Title: Associate Regulatory Affairs Specialist, Operations
Job Description

The Associate Regulatory Affairs Operations Specialist will help secure and retain global regulatory approvals for medical devices by archiving, creating, and maintaining specific categories of regulatory documentation and data. This role involves providing submission publishing/verification support and ensuring regulatory compliance.

ResponsibilitiesArchive correspondence sent to and received from Regulatory Agencies and Notified BodiesSupport the publishing of worldwide regulatory submissions in compliance with geography-specific regulatory requirementsSupport verification and quality review of submissions and other responses to regulatory agenciesTrack and support original and renewals of annual licenses and registrations/listings, and collect/organize/disseminate registration renewal documentation as requiredTrack and process systems for required payments of registrations, listings, submissions, and other regulatory-regulated expensesProvide country-specific regulatory supportNotarize business documentsProcure document authentications, legalizations, and certificationsContribute to process improvement projectsEnsure personal compliance with applicable company policies and proceduresPerform other duties as neededEssential SkillsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience. A degree in science, math, engineering, or medical fields is preferred0-2 years of experience in the medical device, life science, or pharmaceutical industry, with a preference for experience in regulatory affairsProficiency with MS Word, SharePoint (or equivalent), Excel, Adobe, and PowerPointAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and perform multiple tasks concurrently with accuracyFlexibility with changing priorities, ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and schedule work to meet business needs and timelinesOrganized, detail-oriented, with strong planning and time management skillsAbility to complete short- and long-term projects of moderate complexity with some guidanceSound and ethical judgment within policy and regulationsAnalytical thinking and good problem-solving skillsClear and effective verbal and written communication skills with various levels of the organizationAdditional Skills & QualificationsNotary Public is a plusWork Environment

This role is onsite in Santa Clara, Monday through Friday, working closely with a team of four. The team maintains a very close-knit culture with good communication.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $33.00/hr.
