Our Upstream Chemicals team oversees our chemical technology solutions for hydrocarbon production, transportation and processing. We are a leader in oil and water separation technology and in solutions to control corrosion, deposition, bacteria's. We provide chemicals and support to enhance plant processes, improve productivity, manage water treatment, and resolve environmental issues.

The Operations Specialist Account Manager acts as an ambassador for the customer, who will contribute innovative insights that drive new and existing sales opportunities.
 

As a Operations Specialist Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

Maintaining customer field inventoryUndertaking field service work on client’s operationsServicing pumps in the field and undertaking lab analysisMeeting customer expectations through immediate and timely problem solving.Contributing to prices and conditions, and on the basis of predefined contract price frameworks deviating from prices and conditionsHandling diverse clients in a region and cooperating with (technical) sales support to realize sales

To be successful in this role you will:

Have bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college or a high school diploma.Have 2+ years in an oil and gas service delivery role.Have an understanding of Upstream chemical processes and service delivery.Be a good team player and display good communication and problem solving skills.Be able to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
