Operations Specialist - Additional Services/Global

In this role, you will serve as ADP SASS’s front-line for solving clients' challenges regarding global background screening. You will work closely with our vendors and our clients to ensure international background checks are completed with the variety of specialized requirements. Including issue resolution, answering questions, helping clients, training their users on ADP technology, and more. You carry the weight of ADP’s service reputation and client satisfaction in your hands.

 

 The day to day on this team can vary significantly depending upon the daily tasks you are working. You could receive between 1 and 10 service calls per day, answer between 5-40 client or vendor emails, conduct delay research, handle behind the scenes daily tasks for global and domestic background screening, etc.

Ability to multitask High attention to detail Analyze and evaluate collected data used for background check reporting Leverage strong interpersonal skills Independently manage time and resources to perform job duties and make sound decisions Follow/develop policies, procedures and consistent detailed monitoring of procedures Provide support to other members of team and management within the department as requested Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment as well as independently,  must be comfortable working in a performance-based and structured environment while demonstrating high ethical standards

 

 Required Qualifications

High School diploma No previous experience required Computer skills are a necessity with knowledge of software such as the Microsoft suite of products

PREFERENCE WILL BE GIVEN TO CANDIDATES WHO HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

Previous experience with ADP Staff Bachelor's degree Preferred

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is $15.82 - $32.07 / Hour
