Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage daily operations for land, sea, and air shipments.Coordinate with carriers, agents, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery.Prepare and review shipping documentation, including customs clearance processes.Monitor shipments and proactively resolve any operational issues.Maintain strong communication with clients, updating them on shipment status.Ensure compliance with international and local shipping regulations.
