We are looking for an Operations Specialist to join our Marine & Offshore (M&O) team in Plantation, Florida. In this newly created dynamic role you will be working with multiple departments, including HR, Finance and Marine Operations. You will be a highly motivated self-starter reporting to the Regional Controller.
Main responsibilities:
HR
Maintain HRIS (SuccessFactors) for Marine & Offshore (M&O) in the U.S. and Canada Update and secure employee records in PeopleDoc MyLearning platform administration and reporting Manage onboarding process, including equipment orders and assist hiring manager as required Coordinate with relevant departments (such as HR and IT) to address any specific needs related to relocation of international transfers Manage the posting and closing of open positions in SuccessFactors recruiting module and external platforms Provide KPI reporting to head officeFinancial
Prepare monthly employee intercompany invoicing for salary and expense processes Monthly OT reporting Assist with the annual 401(k) auditOperations
Process employee expenses and reimbursements NAVAN BV Car Rental administration: Provide new hire information to be set up in the NAVAN system. Administrate reporting & safety capabilities and live activity when in NAVAN. Administer DISA (drug screening, background checks, and physicals) as needed & coordinate surveyor bi-annual physicals, including maintenance of log Marine Operations Center job coordination for non-USA surveyors Liaison for tonnage surveys Contract maintenance and follow-up Contract profitability analyses MOVE client database access maintenance and follow-up Semaphore user access maintenance BV directory maintenance Point of contact for insurance verification Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
