HOW A OPERATIONS SR MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
● Manages the day-to-day operations of tasks in assigned program area including technical work, staff supervision, financial and business development activities.
● Manage processes for DevOps’ incident response and configuration within ServiceNow
● Provide oversight and guidance to administrators responsible for the overall health of the ServiceNow Production and Pre-production environments
● Provide oversight and guidance to the SDaaS project management team
● Perform ServiceNow configuration requests

● Fulfill customer incidents and requests

● As a member of the DevOps leadership team, coordinate with other Ops managers on program initiatives and incidents



WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
● Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
● Required Experience: 5+ years of related experience
● Required Technical Skills:

2+ year experience with DevOps4+ year experience performing ServiceNow configuration and validation2+ year experience with Agile Software Development

● Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI w/Poly
● Required Skills and Abilities: communication and problem solving
● Location: On Site
● US Citizenship Required

The likely salary range for this position is $134,597 - $172,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
