In addition to highly competitive salaries, we offer a bonus program, 401(k) with company match, employee stock purchase program; comprehensive medical, dental and vision benefits, including a robust wellness program; paid time off for vacation, holidays, and sick days; and much more. **Expected salary range of $89,100 to $99,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).** **PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION** This position ensures the Operations on shift schedule is developed and implemented in accordance with labor laws and union agreements (if applicable). **PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES** + Determine Operational needs and develop manpower schedule compatible with overtime and financial commitments. All schedules must be in compliance with regulatory overtime guidelines of LS-AA-119 and collective bargaining agreements where applicable. + Plan and implement overtime call-outs as necessary in accordance with call-out rules and FFD program. + Resolves inconsistencies in time records to ensure completeness and accuracy. Tracks cost impact versus schedule and budget. + Ensures minimum operations crew complement for Tech Specs, Safe Shutdown, and Fire Brigade.
