Keep reading. **What You'll Do:** - Act as the operational backbone that unites major team efforts for large, strategic projects, initiatives, and deployments, helping the Operations Rides Team achieve its profitability targets. - Support the Uber team by defining clear actions for city and region-wide projects focused on expansion and implementation. You’ll immediately see the impact of your decisions in the market! - Develop Strategic Insights – Transform big-picture ideas into actionable steps to understand the market landscape and generate insights that drive the success of our key projects. - Collaborate with operations teams to optimize processes by managing relationships with various stakeholders, setting initiatives, campaigns, budgets, and regional projects. - Be Resourceful and Proactive. Take ownership of Uber's growth in your city, continuously working to support and elevate the quality of our services and products. **What You'll Need:** 01. Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years and a few more of relevant experience in: Finance, Consulting, Investment Banking, Business Intelligence or related fields, but we will consider candidates with other backgrounds if they meet our other requirements. 02. Experience with SQL, Python or any other programming language preferred 03. Data-driven & analytical approach - we solve problems based on data. 04.
