Key Objectives of this Role:

Manage and administer work plans to meet objectives. Establish strategies, actions and/or plans that allow increasing efficiency.. Implement actions to reduce scrap in the process. Define, establish and maintain the best process conditions. Create standards that simplify and ensure good results in the process. Strategies to reduce Labor Cost by increasing productivity in the process. Follow up on tooling maintenance plans. Manage and administer the mold maintenance plan. Strategies to reduce cycle time or process movements. Control inventory and availability of critical spare parts for tooling. Attention to client and internal audits.
