Hours: 2pm - 10:30pm, with overtime as needed. Must arrive 30 minutes prior to shift start. Some Saturdays may be required during peak season.

Compensation: Up to $70,000 + 10% Target Bonus

Annual Shift Differential: $3,250

Job Description:

Ingram Micro is #hiringnow for a proactive and experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee our team during 2nd Shift. This role is crucial in ensuring that all loads are sorted, picked up, and delivered efficiently and on time. Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Lead and manage the full case team to ensure smooth and timely operations.Operational Oversight: Ensure all loads are sorted, picked up, and delivered as scheduled.System Navigation: Efficiently navigate multiple systems and analyze data to make informed, data-driven decisions.Case Management: Oversee full case processes, working closely with forklift drivers and loaders to verify counts, wrap pallets, and secure items.Automation: Utilize experience in automated facilities to optimize operational efficiency.E-Commerce: Handle last-minute incoming orders and manage e-commerce-related tasks.

Required Skills and Experience:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in an Operations Supervisor role, specifically in distribution/fulfillment. Experience in automated facilities is essential.Technical Proficiency: Intermediate command of Excel and adept at analyzing data. Familiarity with navigating multiple systems.Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Soft Skills:

Demonstrated leadership and accountability.Professional demeanor and effective communication skills.Ability to be an excellent brand ambassador.

Additional Information:

Travel: Up to 25% for training at other facilities upon onboarding.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $60,000.00 - $96,000.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.

At Ingram Micro certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus or sales incentives and long-term incentives. These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
