The project supervisor takes the responsibility for overall planning, leading, overseeing and monitoring projects conception to completion and ensure that project is completed in a timely fashion and within budget and and keep stakeholders informed the entire way. The responsibilities of project supervisor include developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation and delivering every project on time within budget and scope.

General Tasks
Project Planning
• Develop comprehensive and detailed project plan, establish scopes and objectives
• Set goals, target and establish clear roles and responsibilities for each team member
• Ddevelop and create project management tools to document progress and plan status
• Create process flow and policies to ensure that team will adhere to standard operating process
• Set timeline and schedule, create effective success metrics
• Plans for resources to reach objectives and manage in an effective and efficient manner
• Identify risk and minimize or reduce possible potential issues.
• Present directional ideas and strategies to the management and project team
• Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholder
Budget / Cost Management
• Create a realistic and accurate budget planning based on scope of work and resource requirement
• Keep track of expenses, monitor and make changes to project limitations based on financial analysis.
• Analyze budget and initiates cost savings plan to meet financial objectives
Project Monitoring
Lead project planning sessions
• Manage and keep track of the project and regularly inform the project team and stakeholders about its progress. Raise issues, as essential, agreeing to venture work arrange and set deadlines
• Regularly conduct quality control on the project throughout development to ensure that the project meets the expected standards
• Adjust targets and deal with project changes by re-allocating resources, including team members
• Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques
• Managing the relationship and communication with the client and all involved parties, making sure that the project meets their expectations and is delivered to their fulfillment.
• Oversee the project until its conclusion and closing the contract and ensure stakeholder satisfaction • Assess project performance and evaluate efficiency, effectiveness and identify shortcomings and best practices during the entire project • Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary
Labour / People Management
• Provide purpose, direction, clear goal and motivation to all team members to increase moral, productivity and efficiency.
• Use and continually develop leadership skills • Ensure the professional development of team members, keeping abreast of current and new technical skills, development project team to ensure maximum performance.
• Delegate project tasks based on team members' individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels
• Establishes a good work plan and distributes the workload appropriately.
• Define roles and responsibilities, set target goals and review and provide feedback of employee performance
• Assess and evaluate team members and provide feedback based on the set target goals and defined roles and responsibility
• Assist Operations Manager(s) in the planning/prioritizing of all store work.
• Supply assistance where needed for the timely completion of all duties.
• Ensure all team members are aware of and observe Crown’s published procedures and House Rules
Other - Operations
• Work closely with Operations Management to ensure continuous improvement and best practice in all aspects of the project management and operations related task.
• Work closely with the customers and ensure a seamless execution and delivery of service to each customer
• Understand and observe Crown’s published workflow practices relative to: o Process for Operations Inbound, Outbound, Transport and Inventory
• Ensure the company complies with all regulatory body requirements. This includes: o Compliant to Data Privacy Act o Monitoring and maintaining ISO certification. o Occupational Health & Safety, monitor the workplace to eliminate, isolate or minimize hazards. o Investigate all accidents.
• Ensure that accurate records are maintained for both ISO and OSH. • Complete other duties as requested by the Operations/Area Manager.
• Ensure all internal audits are up to date. • Demonstrate and promote the company vision and values
Qualifications
• Over 5 years’ experience in project management
• Over 5 years’ experience in logistics/warehousing
