Operations Supervisor Transdev in Las Vegas, NV is hiring an Operations Supervisor. The Operations Supervisor oversees day-to-day field operations. We are seeking customer service-oriented professionals who are dedicated to safety. Transdev is proud to offer: Non-CBA Position: + Competitive compensation package of minimum $19.87 ($41,329) – Maximum $21.87 ($45,489) + Pay raises each year, currently in January. Key Responsibilities: + Manage Operators scheduling & staffing of routes. + Provide leadership to build and maintain a strong team through effective communication, appraisal, training, and coaching. + Perform Operator safety evaluation ride checks, investigate and respond to situations, resolve operational issues. + Read maps, interpret transit operating rules and policies. + Work as a dispatcher for employee check-in and operational support + Other duties as required. Qualifications: + High school diploma, GED or equivalent + Minimum of 2 years of relevant leadership experience preferred + Commercial Driving License with passenger and airbrake endorsements (preferred) + Excellent interpersonal & communication skills + Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.
