Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities:

Supervise a team of UX operations analysts and accessibility testers, providing guidance and coaching to enhance their productivity.Assign tasks, monitor workloads, and ensure timely completion of research projects, data verification, and accessibility audits.Collaborate with product development teams to understand requirements and ensure research and accessibility standards are met.Conduct quality assurance reviews and implement processes to maintain the integrity and accuracy of LexisNexis' databases and information sources.Ensure compliance with accessibility guidelines (e.g., WCAG, Section 508) and industry best practices for creating inclusive digital experiences.Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.Manage team performance, conduct performance evaluations, and provide constructive feedback to support professional growth.Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and knowledge repositories for the team.Represent the team in cross-functional meetings and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.Stay up to date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies related to research and accessibility.

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in information management, Computer Science, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management, information management or accessibility roles with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity. Background in UX research is a plus.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Commitment to continuous learning and staying up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies.Proficiency in using research tools, databasesAbility to work a mid-shift schedule in a hybrid work setup.

Preferred but not required:

Leadership Certifications/ Company Certifications for Internal (e.g. six sigma, agile)Someone with UX Experience/Background in UX research is a plus.Strong understanding of accessibility principles, guidelines, and best practices (e.g., WCAG, Section 508).
